Please Note:

When using mesh decks where the pallet level loads are supported by the pallet beams, the capacity per level will be the same as the pallet beam capacity.

Un-palletised loads not placed directly on the pallet beams will be subject to the load capacities shown in the Product Information section above.

Loads must be uniformly distributed across the mesh decks, and supported by a minimum of 3x mesh deck cross bars.

Mesh Decks are not suitable for storing half pallets?.

Inside Waterfall Deck

This type leaves pallet rack beams open for order picking and barcodes/labels are easily accessible.

Up-Turned Waterfall Deck

This option is designed with built-in backstop to prevent materials/products from being pushed too far off the pallet rack.

Drop-In/Flat Flush Deck

Flat flush type is best used for hand-stacked loads and order picking, and it fits well inside load beams.

Flared Channel Deck

This type features a waterfall design with a flared channel that is specifically for box and structural beams.

Inverted Channel Deck

This decking is crafted to prevent the collection of dust and remains inside the channel, with an inverted design that fits snug over beams.

Standard U-Channel Deck
