Introduction to the production process of storage cages

The main parts of the storage cage are divided into mesh manufacturing and chassis manufacturing.

The mesh is made of raw material Q235 or Q195 high wire through wire drawing into a thin wire with a wire diameter of 5.8 or more than 6.0, and then cut into various lengths, and welded by a welding machine to make a semi-finished mesh. Most of the meshes are galvanized, and there are also spray-coated ones. The rust-proof galvanizing is better than spray-coated. The wire diameter is an important parameter for load-bearing.

The chassis is processed by a bending machine from the raw material sheet. The sheet is usually 1.8 and 2.5, and then cut and manually welded into channel steel. The layout of the chassis is an important parameter for load-bearing.

There are two types of welding between the bottom mesh and the bottom channel steel. One is manual welding, which cannot guarantee that every contact point is welded; the other is the commonly used full welding technology. Every contact point between the channel steel and the mesh is welded by a machine, which has a stronger load-bearing capacity.

Finally, the mesh and chassis are assembled by springs and return buckles.
